Pelican AHA&BHA speeling soap

This black Japanese bar soap uses a combination of exfoliating acids — lactic acid and malic acid (AHAs) plus salicylic acid (BHA) — along with bentonite clay and bamboo charcoal to remove keratinised skin, unclog pores and prepare the skin for further care.  Its texture forms a rich lather and has a fruity aroma.  Because the acid levels are moderate (≈ lactic acid 2.7-4.1% and salicylic acid 1.5-2.2%) it acts more as a regular exfoliating soap rather than an aggressive peel.
