Rice water bright foaming cleanser

This cleanser uses rice‑water extract (and rice bran oil) to help brighten skin tone and remove daily buildup.  The texture is a whipped‑cream foam that lathers deeply, giving a “squeaky‑clean” feel post‑wash.  It suits normal to oily/combination skin well—especially if you like a clean matte finish—but those with dry or sensitive skin might find it a bit drying or fragrant.
